Our tastings
The following tasting proposals are available upon reservation, on the days the company is open, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am. to 1:00 pm. and from 2:30 pm. to 6:00 pm., Saturday from 9:00 am. to 1:00 pm. (until 5/31/25).

"The classics"
Guided tasting, with the story of the winery, of 5 wines, our classic labels most representative of the estate and the terroir, accompanied by bread with organic extra virgin olive oil of our own production or breadsticks.
"THE CRU - Our excellence"
Guided tasting, with the story of the winery, of 5 wines, our excellence wines, the crus, produced from grapes coming from individual vineyards with distinctive characteristics, accompanied by bread with organic extra virgin olive oil of our own production or breadsticks.
"San Valentino Wine Experience"
Guided tour of the winery and barrel cellar. Followed by a tasting of 6 wines, a mix of classics and Crus, accompanied by bread with organic extra virgin olive oil of our own production or breadsticks, including a platter of typical local products, such as salami and mixed cheeses.

Important Notes
- Visits and tastings may take place in groups.
- They will be conducted in English if guests of different nationalities are present.
- If you wish to have the service in private format, it must be requested and booked in advance (a supplement applies).
- Pets allowed
- Any intolerances/allergies and dietary requirements must be reported in advance.
Painting on Bottle Workshop
Workshop in collaboration with Weronika art, an artist of Polish origin who has been living in Bologna for 10 years, specialized in watercolor technique, will guide this moment of encounter between art and wine.
In the heart of the Rimini countryside, among the aromas of must and winter warmth, we invite you to experience a refined and sensory journey where art and wine meet. During this exclusive event, each participant will be able to choose their own wine bottle and transform it into an art object, following my artistic guidance on a path of inspiration and creative pleasure.

"Try & Buy"
Small tastings of all our labels (9-10 wines), accompanied by breadsticks or bread with our organic EVO oil.
Price: € 10.00 per person.
Booking available to reserve your preferred time slot, payment on site (slots every 30 minutes max 10 people)
"Just a glass"
1 glass of wine or bottle of your choice accompanied by bread/breadsticks with our organic EVO oil, to be enjoyed in complete relaxation on our panoramic terrace.
Price: consult the wine list available on site.
Upon request, for a fee, platter of local salami and cheeses.

Friendly people. I arrived here on foot without an appointment but still got a wine tasting with crackers. Spectacular view of the vineyard with San Marino in the background, caressed by the winds of the Adriatic sea. No wonder Rimini wines are so tasteful. Next time I will make an appointment and spend some more time here.
