General Terms

• Sales through the website www.vinisanvalentino.com are regulated by San Valentino Società Agricola Srl, Via Tomasetta 13, 47923 Rimini (RN).

• Acceptance of the terms is equivalent to full adherence pursuant to art. 1341 c.c.

• The company may modify them at any time by publishing them on the website.

Purchase Methods

• The order is binding and confirmed via email with identification number.

• Each order is accompanied by an invoice/receipt.

• Prices inclusive of VAT and valid at the time of confirmation.

• Goods are shipped to the Courier only after payment verification.

• Promotions valid while stocks last.

Accepted Payments

• Bank transfer (shipping after credit).

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, including Italian prepaid cards).

• PayPal, which manages secure and protected transactions.

Shipping and Delivery

San Valentino società agricola srl ships its products via express courier, deliveries are made during working days (Monday to Friday) and the expected delivery times  are 2/3 working days from order processing for national shipments, 3/5 working days for European shipments, 5/12 working days for international shipments (21 days to the USA). The preparation times for selected products are indicated directly on the web page related to the product itself.

Shipping costs are shown in the cart, along with the order summary.

Preparation times are different for each product and specified within its dedicated page. In case of orders composed of multiple products, shipping will be calculated with the longest preparation time among the products chosen by the customer.

The Courier makes the first delivery with advance notice via email. In case of absence of the Customer, the Courier leaves a delivery notice and attempts delivery again the next working day. In case of further absence, the Customer is contacted directly by the Courier. If subsequent attempts should also be unsuccessful, the product returns to the warehouses with consequent order cancellation. The material remains available for pickup at the customer's expense for a limited number of days (which will be communicated by the courier)

Warranty and Returns

• Legal warranty of 24 months for conformity defects, if the product is used correctly.

• Damage from improper use, negligence or inexperience not covered.

• In case of defect, right to repair, replacement or refund.

• Returns accepted only with prior written authorization, with intact goods and original packaging.

• Claims for defective products within 14 days of delivery.

Right of Withdrawal

• The consumer has the right to withdraw within the terms provided by Legislative Decree 206/05 without penalties.

• Not permitted for personalized goods or goods subject to rapid deterioration.

Age Requirements

• The purchaser must be of legal age; even those who receive delivery must be of legal age.

Liability

• Liability excluded for force majeure causes.

• Not responsible for illegal use of cards or payment data by third parties.

• Prohibition of entering false or third-party data during registration; any abuse will be prosecuted.

• The customer is responsible for the correctness of data provided for tax documents.
